Urban Male Terms and Conditions
We may change our terms and condtions at anytime, this will only apply to subsequent orders made.
Next Day Delivery
Guaranteed next day delivery is available for £3.99 on all orders placed Monday to Thursday before 3pm. Order Tuesday at 2pm and we guarantee you will recieve it by 1pm Wednesday! Just select 'Next Day' service at the checkout for this service. This is only available to UK mainland customers. If you are outside of the this area and require your item urgently please contact us.
Worldwide FREE Delivery
We send any of our items worldwide for free and all items are insured. We can not be held responsible for any import taxes there maybe in your country of residence, so please make sure you are aware of this. UK items please allow 1-3 days for delivery once dispatched, Europe please allow 5-10 days and all other areas please allow 5-14 days for delivery.
Telephone Ordering and Customer Service
We can be contacted on 01933 624084, the office is open Monday- Friday 9am until 5pm. There is an answerphone for all other times so please leave a message and we will get back to you. Telephone orders can be accepted but we can only send to the registered card holders address.
Purchase of goods
As soon as we receive your order it will be processed and a confirmation email will be sent to you. All items listed are in stock, however if there is any problem with an item or order we will contact you, no substitions are made by us.
Dispatch
Once you have placed your order we aim to dispatch the product within 24 hours(mon-fri), however we often dispatch the same day if we can. To make it easier we will send you an email to notify you when your order has been dispatched.
Returns, Damages & Faulty Goods
Urban Male offers a no questions asked 14 day return policy on all goods, except special orders or bespoke items. Simply contact us within 14 days to let us know you are returning the item/items and we will give you a return address. Once we receive the item a refund will be given, this excludes postage costs from and to us. If you receive an item and it has been damaged, where possible please sign as damaged and then notify us within 48hours. If we do not hear from you within this time we can not take responsibility for this. We may ask you to provide proof that the item is damaged and on some occasions ask that the item is returned to us. All items are guaranteed for a period of six months, this does not include damage or general wear.
Privacy Policy
Urban Male is compliant with the Data Protection Act and will not pass your information on to anyone else. We do not send emails or newsletters unless you have given us permission, we know how annoying that can be! All your details are stored on our secure server and all payment details are kept secure, we do not keep paper copies of any payment information.
